Besides the classic coasters, Kings Dominion is also getting ready to launch new roller coasters. The Safari Village will feature a new four-dimensional spin roller coaster called Tumbili. This new ride will give riders the feeling of weightlessness, while their cars will continue to flip and rotate using magnetic technology. The Tumbili roller coaster, named after the Swahili word for monkey, is scheduled to open in Spring 2022. The attraction’s newest rides are expected to replace the ones at Volcano and the Blast Coaster.

The Italian Job is one of the most popular rides at the park.
